Cybersecurity Solutions Architect (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

This senior contract position is with a leading global technology organisation, delivering enterprise‑scale security solutions across complex IT, cloud and operational technology environments. Based in Dublin city centre, the role is hybrid, offering the chance to work on high‑impact projects for a Fortune 500 company.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review architecture artefacts such as ROMs, High‑Level Designs and Business Requirements Documents.
• Design cybersecurity solutions for enterprise IT, multi‑cloud, AI‑enabled and OT environments.
• Develop and maintain security strategy, architecture standards, patterns and policies.
• Advise stakeholders on appropriate security controls and assess technology changes for risk.
• Perform security reviews, identify gaps and create risk‑management plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, engineering and business teams to embed security from design through delivery.
• Research emerging threats, technologies and regulatory drivers to inform architecture decisions.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience as a Cybersecurity, Security or IT Security Solutions Architect in large‑scale, global enterprises.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA or TOGAF are preferred.
