Data Analyst – Operations & CX

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst focused on Operations and Customer Experience (CX) to join our partner’s team in Ireland. In this role you will turn complex data sets into actionable insights that drive operational excellence and improve the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker and Google BigQuery.
• Analyze metrics such as customer satisfaction, NPS, contact rates, agent performance, and operational efficiency to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover root causes of performance changes and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
• Develop data‑driven business cases that quantify impact, ROI, and operational gains.
• Create automation scripts and analytical tools to streamline workflows and boost team productivity.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, governance, and consistent metric definitions.
• Present technical analysis in simple narratives for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Support Operations, CX, and Quality teams with insights that enhance processes and customer outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in Operations, CX, Quality, or fast‑growing tech environments.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex, optimized queries in Google BigQuery.
• Proven track record creating user‑friendly dashboards and data models in Looker; LookML knowledge is a strong plus.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning data into strategic recommendations that influence decisions.
• Experience building business cases, measuring impact, and prioritising high‑value initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights clearly to global, non‑technical audiences.
