Data Analyst – Wealth Business Performance

About the role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing Wealth business within Retail Wealth & GI. This newly created position will focus on consolidating commercial and advisor performance data, delivering insightful reporting to support strategic decisions across a customer base of 3.3 million.

Key responsibilities

• Produce weekly and monthly Management Information (MI) packs covering consultation activity, income, pipeline, and negotiations.
• Analyse and communicate drivers of Wealth performance to senior management and the wider Wealth Management team.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Performance & Reporting to develop performance insights for future decision‑making.
• Support the preparation of regulatory, budget, NPS, and scorecard reports.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience using QlikView for data visualisation.
