Data Analyst – Wealth Business Performance

About the role

This is a six‑month, fixed‑term position supporting the Wealth and General Insurance (GI) business in Dublin. You will work closely with the Business Performance & Reporting team to deliver accurate, timely insights that drive strategic decisions across the retail wealth division.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and report on all drivers of Wealth performance for senior management and the wider Wealth Management team.
• Produce weekly and monthly Management Information (MI) packs covering consultation activity, paid‑in income, business written, pipeline and negotiations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Performance & Reporting to develop performance insights for future decision‑making.
• Assist in preparing internal and external reports, including regulatory, budget, NPS and scorecards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to a range of stakeholders.
• Experience working in a financial services or wealth management environment is advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for presenting data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience using QlikView for data visualisation.
