Data Quality Analyst – Remote (English)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Quality Analyst to evaluate and improve personalized AI responses. The position is fully remote, English‑only, and starts immediately on a short‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑turn conversational prompts that incorporate personal context.
• Assess AI‑generated responses for relevance, grounding, helpfulness, and correct use of personal data.
• Conduct side‑by‑side evaluations, rank responses, and identify grounding errors or forced personalization.
• Write clear, structured rationales referencing specific conversation turns.
• Extract and verify model debug information and data‑source usage.
• Maintain strict data hygiene by deleting evaluation conversations after review.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (reading and writing).
• Strong experience in data annotation, AI quality evaluation, content moderation, or a related field.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to handle nuanced, ambiguous AI outputs.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in an analytical discipline.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
