Data Specialist – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Specialist to own and evolve end‑to‑end data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting for a global, fully remote environment. Based in Ireland, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that directly influence strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions using ETL tools such as Stitch and Google BigQuery.
• Create and sustain scalable dashboards and reporting systems with Looker Studio.
• Implement, monitor, and validate Google Analytics (GA4) event tracking and reporting.
• Execute rigorous data validation and QA processes to ensure accuracy and consistency of all outputs.
• Proactively monitor data flows, detect anomalies, and apply corrective actions.
• Develop custom, on‑demand reports for cross‑functional business teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to improve data architecture and tracking systems.
• Maintain clear documentation and task tracking using tools like Trello and Slack.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Data Specialist, or similar analytics‑focused role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a remote, distributed team setting.
