Data Visualization Specialist – Part‑Time (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Visualization Specialist to join our globally distributed, mission‑driven team on a part‑time basis. Based in Ireland and working fully remotely, you will turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide product strategy and commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive dashboards and visualisations using Google Data Studio or similar tools.
• Ensure data accuracy by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving inconsistencies in datasets and reporting pipelines.
• Collaborate with product leadership to build executive‑level dashboards that support roadmap planning and commercial strategy.
• Perform in‑depth analysis of product performance across regions, identifying trends and actionable insights.
• Conduct funnel and churn analyses to map user journeys, uncover friction points, and recommend improvements.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, story‑driven insights for leadership and stakeholders.
• Help define product metrics and establish a consistent measurement framework across teams.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data analysis, data visualisation, or a related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Data Studio or comparable dashboarding platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data modelling.
• Problem‑solving ability with experience debugging data issues and explaining technical concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in remote, cross‑functional global teams.
• Familiarity with data‑warehouse environments such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in leveraging data to improve digital services and user outcomes.
