About the role

Join the Harvest Homemade Cafe team at the Sheraton Athlone Hotel as a Deli Assistant. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable dining experience in a vibrant, hospitality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly service to all customers and warmly welcome guests.
• Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, deli products, and beverages.
• Keep the work area clean, sanitized, organized, and well‑stocked before, during, and after service.
• Support team members in delivering excellent service throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage role, preferably as a deli assistant.
• Energetic, customer‑focused individual who thrives in a fun, dynamic team.
• Strong communication skills with an inviting and approachable manner.
• Fully flexible availability across all seven days of the week.
