Demand Generation Manager

About the role

CitySwift is seeking a proactive Demand Generation Manager to own and execute Account Based Experience (ABX) campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth. You will work closely with Content, Product, and Sales teams to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel initiatives that support the company’s rapid expansion in the public‑transport optimisation market.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to quarterly ABX strategy and align campaigns with the events calendar.
• Build and launch multi‑channel campaigns across organic social, paid social, events, outbound outreach, and industry publications.
• Monitor performance, refresh messaging, creative, and audience targeting based on data insights.
• Draft copy, brief creative assets, and produce performance reports for stakeholders.
• Manage weekly budget pacing, reallocating spend across segments and regions as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date outbound messaging templates tailored to product positioning, segment, region, and persona.
• Track intent signals and alert Sales to moderate or high‑interest prospects.
• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of owned and in‑person events, maintaining the events calendar and evaluating new event opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience planning and executing ABX or demand‑generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and optimise spend.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
• Collaborative attitude, working closely with cross‑functional teams.
