Demand Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Demand Generation Marketing Manager at Wrike, you will join a global demand generation team focused on the manufacturing vertical. You will design and execute full‑stack demand generation strategies, leveraging AI to streamline workflows and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated, globally‑oriented campaigns aligned with product launches, buyer journeys, and target personas.
• Own campaign briefs, timelines, and project management within Wrike, ensuring cross‑functional visibility.
• Incorporate organic social, email, content, webinars, field events, and account‑based plans into campaign strategies.
• Use AI tools regularly to align programming with buyer intent and interests.
• Lead campaigns from kickoff to completion, coordinating with product marketing, content, creative, paid digital, web operations, and sales teams.
• Maintain workback schedules, creative requests, and deliverables in Wrike.
• Partner with marketing operations to create, implement, and QA campaigns on platforms such as Marketo.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented professional with proven B2B SaaS demand generation experience.
• Track record of managing complex, multi‑channel campaigns in a metrics‑driven environment.
• Comfortable challenging the status quo and using AI to reinvent processes.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, content, digital, and sales teams.
