Despatch Operative – Day Shift

About the role

We are seeking motivated Despatch Operatives to join our busy day‑shift team. You will play a key part in preparing, organising and dispatching products efficiently while meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Pick orders and load/unload lorries according to the daily schedule.
• Follow the company Standard Operating Manual and HACCP regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace, adhering to uniform and personal hygiene standards.
• Handle manual handling tasks in chilled environments and stand for extended periods.
• Be flexible to support other duties within the business unit as required.

Required profile

• Effective written and spoken English communication.
• Previous experience in stores or despatch environments.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Required skills

• Forklift operation (experience preferred).
• Powered pallet truck operation.
