DevOps Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive the design, automation, and optimisation of cloud infrastructure for advanced cybersecurity solutions. Based in Ireland and working fully remote, you will own complex technical challenges and enable faster, more reliable software delivery across cloud and on‑premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve DevOps processes, deployment pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code solutions.
• Automate cloud provisioning, onboarding/offboarding and application deployments using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines with GitOps practices (GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and customer‑facing teams to support diverse deployment scenarios.
• Monitor, optimise and automate infrastructure for performance, scalability, reliability and cost efficiency.
• Optimise AI infrastructure, including hardware selection, model deployment and inference environments.
• Build operational tooling and automation scripts in Python or Golang.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior DevOps or technical leadership role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux systems and networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routing).
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment.
