Digital Account Specialist

About the role

We are looking for two Digital Account Specialists to join a fast‑growing digital fundraising agency that supports charities and non‑profits across Ireland, the UK and international markets. The role focuses on planning, building, launching and optimising paid‑social campaigns—primarily on Meta platforms—to help clients acquire supporters, fundraisers and donors.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Digital Campaign Manager in preparing and coordinating digital fundraising campaigns.
• Gather campaign information, update planning documents and maintain trackers, schedules and briefs.
• Build, set up and update paid‑social campaigns on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager.
• Configure audiences, ad sets, creative variations, budgets and monitor performance data.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure campaigns launch on time and are monitored effectively.
• Assist with landing‑page tools, email and SMS journey setups, and reporting dashboards.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and a solid understanding of Meta campaign structure.
• Detail‑oriented, able to organise campaign information accurately and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, purpose‑driven agency environment.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional visits to the Dublin office.
