Digital Marketing & Creative Content Officer

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Creative Content Officer will own Kinia’s digital presence, creating and delivering engaging content across social media, email, podcasts and the website. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this hands‑on role blends storytelling with data‑driven digital campaigns in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels; manage the content calendar and community engagement.
• Develop impact stories, blog posts and articles; capture content at schools, youth services and key events.
• Collaborate with the designer to produce video scripts, reels, infographics and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency and SEO optimisation.
• Design, write and distribute monthly e‑zines; manage mailing lists, segmentation and performance metrics.
• Research, plan and host the bilingual Kinia Podcast; coordinate guests and work with external producers on production and promotion.
• Maintain and update website content in partnership with the web designer.

• Creative self‑starter with a passion for producing trend‑worthy, high‑impact content.
• Strong storytelling ability and experience communicating with funders, partners, educators and young audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, mission‑focused environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
