Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will report to the Digital Marketing Officer and own the credit union’s website, paid advertising, and email marketing activities. This position sits at the intersection of content creation, performance analysis, and data‑driven optimisation, contributing directly to member acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Member First Credit Union website on WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, up‑to‑date and aligned with business goals.
• Create, publish and update website content such as product pages, blog posts, landing pages and member communications.
• Support SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives to boost online visibility.
• Monitor website performance and user behaviour to improve member experience and conversion rates.
• Build, schedule and deliver email communications, newsletters and campaign emails.
• Develop engaging email content that supports member acquisition, retention and engagement.
• Set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms, monitoring budgets and lead‑generation outcomes.
• Design digital assets for paid campaigns, email marketing and website content using Canva, Adobe Express and other approved tools.
• Produce regular marketing reports, analyse campaign performance and contribute to the monthly and quarterly marketing calendar.
• Liaise with internal teams, designers, printers and third‑party suppliers to support marketing initiatives and community events.
