Digital Marketing Executive – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, creative and commercially‑focused Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading luxury hospitality brand in Dublin City Centre. You will support the growth, visibility and performance of the group and its individual brands across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, bookings and revenue for hotels, restaurants, bars and events.
• Manage owned, earned and paid media channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, paid media and third‑party platforms.
• Produce high‑quality photography, video, reels and short‑form content that reflects luxury hospitality standards.
• Write compelling copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements and guest communications.
• Plan, schedule and optimise content calendars, grow audience engagement and monitor social trends.
• Liaise with agencies, paid‑search partners and creative suppliers to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deliver ROI.
• Support website content updates, CRM initiatives, database growth and audience segmentation.
• Deliver weekly performance reporting on agreed KPIs and analyse competitor activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a marketing role within hospitality, luxury, retail, lifestyle or premium brands.
• Creative thinker with a data‑driven mindset and a passion for premium guest experiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple brand identities.
