Digital Marketing Manager - AEO & GEO

About the role

Learnosity is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its AEO and GEO strategy, focusing on AI‑powered search channels. The role sits at the centre of the company’s digital presence, reporting to the VP of Marketing and collaborating with content, demand generation, sales and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow Learnosity’s presence in AI‑powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• Develop and execute a roadmap of experiments to improve answer‑engine performance and discoverability.
• Lead the organic search strategy in partnership with an SEO consultant, covering keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical SEO and content briefing.
• Manage the paid‑media agency for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, set strategy, review performance and ensure pipeline contribution.
• Optimise the company website for conversion and oversee its ongoing evolution.
• Line‑manage the Digital Marketing Executive.
