Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead local digital execution, sponsorship activation and retail media delivery for a leading international retail brand. Reporting to the Business Unit Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, the role is full‑time and based in the local BU market, working closely with central teams, agencies and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead local execution of digital activity across website, app and owned digital platforms, ensuring content is up‑to‑date and aligned with central guidance.
• Implement and tailor the central social media strategy for the local market, managing content publishing, community moderation and performance monitoring.
• Own and execute local sponsorship activations, translating partnership rights into digital, in‑store and experiential campaigns.
• Plan and deliver retail media initiatives across in‑store digital assets, integrating them with broader digital and sponsorship campaigns.
• Coordinate on‑site execution for events and sponsorship activations, and track performance metrics to optimise future activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital marketing channels (web, app, social) for a retail or consumer brand.
• Demonstrated ability to activate sponsorships and partnerships across digital and in‑store environments.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Analytical mindset to track, report and optimise digital, social and sponsorship performance.
