About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead performance marketing across Brown Thomas Arnotts’ digital platforms, driving qualified traffic, customer acquisition, loyalty growth, and app downloads. This maternity‑cover position ensures business continuity during a defined leave period while delivering data‑driven marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of four channel specialists and external agency partners, coordinating activity across paid and organic channels.
- Own traffic performance for Brown Thomas and Arnotts websites, providing reporting and insights for tactical and strategic decisions.
- Execute acquisition strategies to drive new customer growth, retention, repeat purchases, and revenue performance.
- Oversee SEO and content optimisation to improve organic visibility, traffic, and performance.
- Use web analytics, customer insights, segmentation, and behavioural data to optimise campaigns, journeys, budgets, and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and strategic digital partners such as Google, Meta, and Rakuten.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Digital Trade, Data & Analytics, Brand Marketing, Digital Creative, and Finance.
- Own the paid media budget, including forecasting, allocation, and spend optimisation.
- Monitor and improve commercial metrics including ROI, CTS, CAC, and channel effectiveness.
- Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights on campaign performance and sales outcomes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in digital performance marketing management, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
- Team leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing channels, digital acquisition strategies, analytics, and emerging industry trends.
