Digital Marketing Platforms Executive

About the role

Spanish Point is seeking an ambitious Digital Marketing Platforms Executive to drive the implementation, optimisation, and delivery of world‑class digital platforms that support large‑scale, multi‑channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with internal web, Azure and Dynamics 365 teams as well as external design, UX and content agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimise digital marketing platforms across website, CRM, email, SEO and digital content tools.
• Translate development requirements into clear project briefs and manage the delivery roadmap with internal and external partners.
• Monitor domain registrations, SSL certificates and DNS records to ensure platform availability.
• Provide training and support to internal and external users of the platforms.
• Own the Sitecore CMS, coordinating with the in‑house development team and external Sitecore partners.
• Collaborate with the IT team to anticipate infrastructure needs and maintain alignment with marketing objectives.
• Analyse performance data, report on KPIs such as engagement, conversion and lead generation, and recommend optimisation actions.
