Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B SaaS & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end marketing function for a fast‑growing cybersecurity company. You will work closely with sales and senior leadership to design and execute an integrated strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels, driving pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute a marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue targets.
• Run and optimise multi‑channel campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Bing.
• Drive inbound growth through website optimisation, landing pages and conversion tracking (WordPress, GTM, GA4).
• Manage email campaigns and automation using Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Partner with sales to improve lead quality, tracking and conversion.
• Deliver webinars and events end‑to‑end (Teams, Zoom, Eventbrite).
• Own SEO performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Plan and monitor social media performance (LinkedIn, Sprout Social).
• Create and oversee blog, campaign and thought‑leadership content.
• Produce visual and video assets with Canva, Adobe Suite and AI tools.
• Analyse performance and report ROI (GA4, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity).
• Manage external agencies and freelancers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end marketing in a standalone or lean team.
• Hands‑on experience across paid media, email and website management.
• Strong understanding of analytics, attribution and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with sales and using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Capsule.
• Knowledge of SEO tools and organic growth strategies.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity and content creation.
• Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and ROI.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning outcomes.
