Digital Marketing Specialist – B2B SaaS & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and drive the full marketing function for a fast‑growing cybersecurity company. You will work closely with sales and senior leadership to design and execute an integrated B2B strategy that fuels pipeline and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and Bing.
• Improve inbound growth through website optimisation, landing pages and conversion tracking using WordPress, GTM and GA4.
• Manage email marketing and automation with Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Partner with sales to enhance lead quality, tracking and conversion.
• Deliver webinars and virtual events end‑to‑end using Teams, Zoom and Eventbrite.
• Own SEO performance using SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Plan and monitor social media activity on LinkedIn and Sprout Social.
• Create and oversee blog, campaign and thought‑leadership content.
• Produce visual and video assets with Canva, Adobe Suite and AI tools.
• Analyse performance and report ROI using GA4, Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end marketing in a standalone or lean team.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on pipeline and ROI.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable owning outcomes.
