Digital Marketing Specialist – eCommerce & Shopify Focus

About the role

Fónua is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the growth and optimisation of its multi‑site eCommerce ecosystem. The role will manage several Shopify stores across different markets, focusing on product management, campaign execution, UX/UI optimisation and performance reporting. Based in Dublin, the specialist will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver seamless online experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multiple Shopify websites across various markets and customer segments, ensuring accurate and optimised product listings.
• Oversee site updates, merchandising and content improvements to drive conversion and align with brand guidelines.
• Continuously improve UX/UI by analysing heatmaps, session recordings and analytics, implementing best‑practice navigation, mobile responsiveness and A/B testing.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, optimising copy, imagery, SEO metadata and coordinating pricing and availability with stakeholders.
• Plan, build and execute digital campaigns and on‑site promotions, collaborating with commercial, marketing, vendors and partners such as Three UK.
• Monitor promotional performance against KPIs, provide actionable insights and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage and optimise B2C PPC campaigns across Google platforms.
