Digital Marketing Specialist – Property Development

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and shape the digital and content marketing function for a fast‑growing Irish property developer. You will be responsible for creating, executing and optimising campaigns across multiple live developments, turning content into commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear positioning and messaging for each development and maintain consistent tone across brochures, websites and listings.
• Plan, create and manage content for social media, website, email and campaign channels; coordinate photography and videography with external partners.
• Maintain website and property portal listings, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Build and manage segmented email campaigns, optimise copy and monitor open, click‑through and conversion rates.
• Define and execute paid media strategies on Meta and Google platforms, create ad copy, manage budgets and optimise cost per registration.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse data and refine messaging and campaigns based on insights.

Required profile

• Strong writing and copy‑development abilities.
• Proven experience in digital marketing across social, email, website and paid channels.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and analysing campaign performance.
• Confidence using Canva or Adobe for content creation.
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM and email marketing tools.
• Excellent visual eye for brand consistency.
• Highly proactive and comfortable owning outputs end‑to‑end.
