Digital Media Coordinator

About the role

Lidl is seeking an organised, detail‑oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join its Media team. You will act as the main liaison between internal teams and external media agencies, ensuring digital campaigns are executed accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for all digital campaign activities, including reporting, uploading, and monitoring.
• Coordinate weekly meetings with Digital Production and Social Media teams to finalise the paid digital calendar.
• Monitor budgets, media spend, and performance pacing across multiple social platforms.
• Conduct quality‑assurance checks on agency‑set up campaigns to ensure best‑practice compliance.
• Track competitive activity and report insights to internal stakeholders.
• Project‑manage small‑scale campaigns from brief to delivery, covering native, display, social, video, and event activations.
• Collaborate with buying teams to identify key hero items for in‑store media activation.
• Generate and maintain dashboard reports, providing recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Assist managers with paid social, paid display planning, native content, and reporting.
• Support the media team with billing, invoicing, and purchase‑order processing.
