Digital Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Specialist to join our Dublin team and drive omnichannel engagement across digital channels. The role focuses on designing and executing strategies that enhance customer awareness, interaction and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with brand teams to design and implement impactful omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Lead digital channels to increase brand awareness and improve customer engagement.
• Collaborate with third‑party agencies to develop and optimise content and digital services, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Work with local and EMEA reporting partners to track campaign performance and generate insights.
• Build and nurture regional networks to share best practices and support execution excellence.
• Facilitate workshops and lead meetings focused on digital channel optimisation.
• Champion innovation by proposing new digital ideas, technologies and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree plus a relevant digital marketing qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital role.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, customer journeys, conversion, retention and satisfaction.
• Excellent networking and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven project‑management ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and communication capabilities.
• Passion for digital marketing and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends.
