Director, Change Management, Learning & Culture

About the role

The Director, Change Management, Learning & Culture will lead the global change strategy, capability‑building agenda, and quality culture priorities for the Innovative Medicine Quality & Compliance organization. Reporting to the VP of Quality Management and Digital, this role partners with senior leaders, regional teams, Communications, HR and business partners to embed a Quality Mindset and strengthen employee experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global change management strategy for Quality Management and Digital initiatives.
• Plan and drive organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment and sustained engagement across multiple regions.
• Partner with senior leadership to embed quality culture and the Quality Mindset into daily operations.
• Coordinate with Communications, HR and business partners to ensure consistent execution of strategic priorities.
• Lead capability‑building programs that support learning, culture transformation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading global change management programs in a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated track record of driving cultural change and learning initiatives.
