Director, Global Supply Planning Process

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain is looking for a Director to own and evolve the global supply planning process standards and improvement initiatives. The role will shape the end‑to‑end planning network that supports a multi‑billion‑dollar portfolio across manufacturing sites, distribution centers and more than 150 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, standardisation, governance and continuous improvement of critical global planning processes.
• Act as the global process owner for Supply Network Planning, Production Planning (internal and external), End‑to‑End Planning and Strategic Capacity Management.
• Assess process maturity regularly, identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor adherence to defined processes and ensure alignment across the global PLAN organization.
• Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation, flowcharts and governance artefacts.
• Collaborate closely with people, technology and functional excellence teams to deliver operational excellence and business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design, standardisation, governance and continuous improvement of global supply planning processes.
• Deep knowledge of supply network planning, production planning, end‑to‑end planning and long‑range capacity management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess process maturity and drive data‑based improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions, regions and manufacturing locations.
