About the role
We are looking for an experienced Director to lead our Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation studies within the HEOR team. You will shape innovative research that influences healthcare decision‑making and supports value‑driven delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership in designing and delivering PRO and preference elicitation research.
- Drive methodological innovation for utility measurement, discrete choice experiments, and best‑worst scaling.
- Develop evidence generation strategies for HTA submissions and payer negotiations.
- Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team of PRO specialists.
- Build and manage client relationships, contributing to business development and proposal preparation.
- Collaborate with health‑economic modelling and real‑world evidence functions to deliver integrated solutions.
Required profile
- Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology or related field.
- 7‑8+ years of experience with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing qualitative and quantitative research, utility measurement, survey development and psychometric validation.
- Strong statistical analysis, econometrics and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience publishing in peer‑reviewed journals.
- Proven ability to manage projects, teams and client relationships effectively.
