Director - Procure to Pay (P2P) Technology

About the role

We are partnering with a global organization undergoing an enterprise-wide transformation and need a visionary Director of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Technology. Reporting to the VP of SAP / Supply Chain Transformation, you will own the P2P domain strategy, lead a high-performing team and drive large-scale SAP initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and act as the subject-matter expert for the global P2P domain.
• Drive and oversee large-scale SAP ERP projects, with a focus on ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Mentor, scale and lead a team of SAP architects, business and functional analysts, and project support specialists.
• Serve as the primary business-facing leader for the P2P stream, managing program budgets and aligning delivery with financial objectives.
• Continuously evaluate and improve P2P processes and integrate them with broader supply-chain functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP and supply-chain environments.
• At least 6 years of people-management or organizational leadership experience.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of SAP P2P architectures, workflows and configurations.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale ERP transformations, especially ECC to S/4HANA.
• Preferred exposure to advanced supply-chain planning tools such as Blue Yonder, Kinaxis or Manhattan.
