Director, Product Management - AI & Data

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Director of Product Management to own and grow its next‑generation AI & Data product portfolio. The role will shape strategy, drive development and ensure the solutions meet business objectives and user needs across the global payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for AI‑driven solutions, aligning with Mastercard’s overall business goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, security, and data—to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.
• Collaborate with security and compliance groups to guarantee adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritize features for development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior product management roles, preferably within AI, data or fintech environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into actionable product strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering commercially viable products.
