Director, Sales

About the role

Concentrix is seeking a Director, Sales to lead revenue growth and market expansion across the UK & Ireland. You will partner with sales representatives, solution architects, and CXO‑level stakeholders to drive adoption of our technology and services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline targeting large enterprises.
• Accelerate revenue, product adoption, and market share in assigned verticals.
• Craft and present compelling value propositions to CXO and VP audiences.
• Lead contract negotiations in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in industry events to expand networks and identify new opportunities.
• Develop and execute targeted vertical or sector sales strategies.
• Collaborate across Concentrix business units to broaden solution reach.
• Maintain long‑term strategic client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales leadership, preferably within technology or services.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to engage CXO‑level decision makers.
• Strategic and analytical mindset for crafting value propositions.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and consensus‑building skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline targets.
