Director, Transcend-PLAN BPL

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior, cross‑functional leader to own the global PLAN business process for the Transcend program. The Director will define standards, acceptance criteria and a capability roadmap while aligning solution, release and local support teams to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Drive PLAN process scoping, prioritisation and definition of key business requirements and strategic capability priorities.
• Lead solution exploration and design workshops, ensuring stakeholder alignment and governance readiness.
• Approve process direction, acceptance criteria and safeguard roadmap integrity across releases.
• Review process gaps, design trade‑offs and escalate cross‑functional risks and dependencies.
• Oversee operational readiness, user access management and compliance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Govern testing cycles (BST, UAT, regression) and confirm outcomes meet business acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in global supply‑chain planning or related transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with a focus on delivering business value.
