About the role
We are seeking a Document Control Administrator to join a major document relocation and records management project within a highly regulated financial services environment in Dublin City Centre. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal entry point for candidates with backgrounds in administration, logistics, or records handling.
Key responsibilities
- Retrieve document files and records from secure storage locations.
- Count, verify, and record document inventories according to established procedures.
- Pack, organise, and prepare files for secure transportation, applying seals, labels and tracking information.
- Maintain accurate inventory logs and transfer documentation.
- Support document reconciliation activities throughout the relocation process.
- Adhere to security, confidentiality and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and milestones.
- Escalate any discrepancies, damaged or missing records promptly.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured processes and documented procedures.
- Good organisational and record‑keeping skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively in a team.
- Comfortable working in a secure, regulated environment.
- Basic computer literacy and data‑entry capability.
- Previous experience in administration, document control, records or logistics is beneficial but not essential.
