Document Control Administrator

About the role
We are looking for a Document Control Administrator to join our Cork headquarters. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will ensure that all documentation, certifications and orders are accurately recorded, stored and shared across the organisation and with external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Log orders, documentation and certifications in the system.
- Issue vendor document schedules and documentation packages to customers.
- Verify sales orders against customer purchase orders.
- Upload documentation to internal and external portals.
- Invoice documentation line items.
- Maintain both soft and hard copy filing systems, ensuring records are up‑to‑date and easily retrievable.
- Prepare customer‑related reports and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of document control or administrative experience.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
