E-Commerce Manager

About the role

Choice Stores is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Manager to own and grow its online sales channels across Ireland. You will work closely with the Marketing and Business Systems teams to deliver a seamless, high‑converting customer journey and drive revenue through data‑driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the online store, including product listings, merchandising, pricing and promotions while ensuring brand compliance.
• Own the planning, execution and ROI optimisation of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Shopping, YouTube, paid social).
• Implement AI‑driven A/B testing, remarketing and personalised targeting based on customer segmentation.
• Analyse traffic, sales funnels and checkout processes to identify drop‑off points and improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Translate marketing concepts into high‑performing landing pages, category pushes and online‑exclusive offers.
• Deploy AI tools for product content generation, SEO optimisation, dynamic pricing and personalised recommendations, integrating them with the e‑commerce platform.
• Track and report on key online KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales, ROAS) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
