E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

As an E‑Commerce Specialist you will drive growth and optimise our digital presence across strategic third‑party partners and key European markets (UK, Germany, Italy, France, Spain) as well as international channels. Reporting to the E‑Commerce Associate Manager, you will ensure sales performance, brand representation and a seamless customer journey on all assigned digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational and commercial contact for strategic e‑commerce partners, driving sales targets and brand visibility.
• Develop, refine and implement efficient processes for product launches and day‑to‑day partner operations.
• Audit third‑party websites to enforce brand guidelines, content accuracy and optimal user experience.
• Support buying and order processes, maintaining accurate stock levels and market‑appropriate assortments.
• Oversee end‑to‑end product catalogue management, ensuring accurate imagery, pricing and descriptions.
• Maintain dynamic stock alignment and remove out‑of‑strategy items promptly.
• Execute digital visual merchandising strategies, highlighting seasonal pieces and key collections in line with brand standards.
• Review and localise content on partner platforms to guarantee brand coherence and factual accuracy.
• Monitor daily performance across all channels, identify KPI improvement opportunities and contribute to UX enhancements.

• Proven experience in e‑commerce operations and partner management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
