Early Talent HR Leadership Development Program

About the role

Eaton’s Human Resources Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a two‑year rotational scheme designed to launch an international HR career. The program starts in Dublin as a Country HR Generalist supporting Eaton Ireland and continues with a second twelve‑month assignment in another EMEA country.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR support to employees, including payroll, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Contribute to HR transformation and harmonisation initiatives for the UK & Ireland region.
• Participate in cross‑functional HR projects and gain exposure to multiple HR specialties.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and receive personal coaching.
• Adapt to a new country and role in the second year, either continuing as a Country HR Generalist or moving into a Junior HR Business Partner position.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (must be obtained by August 2026); a master’s degree is preferred.
• Up to three years of work or internship experience in HR or a related area.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude and curiosity.
• Willingness to relocate within the EMEA region during the program.
