Ecommerce Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to own and optimise a portfolio of Shopify sites serving Ireland, the UK and Europe. The role is hands‑on, focusing on day‑to‑day website management, product presentation and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain multiple Shopify stores across several markets.
• Update product catalogues, collections and website content, ensuring accurate pricing and descriptions.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and merchandising updates.
• Oversee localisation efforts, including translations and regional website adjustments.
• Run email marketing campaigns and customer communications using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and other user‑generated content.
• Collaborate with external digital agencies to enhance site performance.
• Track website analytics, identify improvement opportunities and support continuous optimisation.
• Assist with future marketplace expansion, including Amazon.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify in a commercial environment.
• Proven ability to manage eCommerce sites on a daily basis.
• Strong product catalogue and merchandising experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to juggle multiple sites and competing priorities.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for online retail.
• Self‑motivated yet comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
