EHR Systems Specialist – Ancillary Clinical Applications

About the role

The EHR Systems Specialist for Ancillary Clinical Applications will support, configure, and optimise ancillary systems that integrate with the core EHR platform across the healthcare enterprise. You will ensure system reliability, provide end‑user support, and drive continuous improvement of application functionality and workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support, configure and optimise ancillary clinical applications such as RIS, LIMS and pharmacy systems.
• Provide timely end‑user assistance, troubleshoot issues and resolve system incidents.
• Proactively enhance application functionality and streamline clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to training initiatives for users.

Required profile

• Solid technical or application support experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Exposure to Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) or pharmacy platforms.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support US‑based clients.
• Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
