EHSQ Manager

About the role

The EHSQ Manager will act as a central decision‑making figure, combining deep knowledge of the company and its industry with strong leadership. The role involves coordinating across multiple teams to ensure daily operations align with environmental, health, safety and quality standards, and to support strategic decisions that affect the whole organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Oversee multiple personnel, providing guidance and performance oversight.
• Help with onboarding and training to ensure new staff understand EHSQ expectations.
• Collaborate with various teams to support decision‑making processes.
• Work with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary to align actions with EHSQ goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Organised and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• In‑depth knowledge of the company’s sector and industry practices.
