EMEA Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

The EMEA Senior Tax Analyst joins ServiceNow’s Tax Team to lead external and internal tax reporting for our European, Middle‑East and African entities. Based in Dublin, you will work in a fast‑paced environment, partnering with finance, legal, treasury and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual tax compliance for ServiceNow entities across EMEA.
• Prepare income tax provisions under US GAAP and local GAAP, including current and deferred tax, reconciliations and roll‑forwards.
• Coordinate with external auditors and the Financial Reporting Team to review tax disclosures in statutory financial statements.
• Prepare work papers and manage external tax advisors for corporate income tax returns, R&D tax credit claims and tax payments.
• Assist with transfer‑pricing analyses, documentation and inter‑company transaction reviews.
• Provide support for tax audits, controversy matters, M&A tax planning and restructuring projects.
• Identify and implement process improvements to automate tax procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement and Corporate Development teams.
• Conduct UAT testing for ServiceNow’s in‑house finance software.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of corporate income tax experience in a Big 4 firm or industry.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or Chartered Tax Advisor.
• Strong analytical, research and documentation abilities for complex tax issues.
• Proven project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Tax provision software such as OneSource.
• UAT testing experience.
