Employee Relations Partner

About the role

The People Experience Employee Relations Partner acts as a subject‑matter expert on employee relations across multiple European jurisdictions. You will partner with managers, People Business Partners, Legal, Works Councils and external vendors to manage risk, ensure compliance and support positive employee outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on employee‑relations matters, policy interpretation and employment legislation.
• Lead complex cases, including investigations of grievances, ethics concerns, discrimination, harassment and retaliation.
• Coach and support Consultants and Advisers to build capability and ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners, Legal, Centres of Excellence, Works Councils and external partners to resolve cases and manage risk.
• Design and deliver training and onboarding programs that strengthen manager effectiveness.
• Contribute to policy development, implementation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Human Resources experience within a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and employee‑relations best practices across European jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and manage sensitive workplace issues.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working with managers, legal, works councils and external partners.
