Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for an Enablement Systems & Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale automation solutions that power our global learning programs. You will work within the Go‑To‑Market Enablement (GTME) team, turning manual, repeatable tasks into efficient, technology‑driven processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automations, integrations, and AI‑driven workflows that reduce manual effort.
• Automate the learner experience across curriculum and event‑management workflows.
• Expand proven frameworks and drive operational efficiency throughout the enablement ecosystem.
• Navigate enterprise governance, secure approvals, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Provide performance insights and reporting for global learning initiatives.
