About the role

The organization is seeking a qualified Day Nurse specialized in oncology and hematology to work in its outpatient and day‑hospital units. The role focuses on delivering person‑centered care, promoting patient autonomy, and supporting families throughout the treatment process.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and develop individualized, person‑centered care plans.
• Provide nursing care based on current standards, protocols, and established procedures.
• Implement interventions that encourage patient autonomy in their health journey.
• Integrate family members or support persons into the care and therapeutic regimen.
• Participate in the orientation and training of new professionals and nursing students.
• Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• Written and spoken proficiency in Catalan.
• Post‑graduate qualification or Master’s degree in oncology patient care or an equivalent credential.
• Experience in oncology and/or hematology care is valued.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Catalan language (written and spoken).
