Enterprise Account Executive – Hebrew‑Speaking (Israel Market)

About the role

Omni is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead sales in the Israel market. The role focuses on enterprise customers (500–5,000 employees) and reports to the Regional Sales Directors and VP of Sales. It is a hybrid position based in Dublin.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consultative/Challenger BI solution‑selling to exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Manage full‑cycle pipeline using MEDDPICC and 3 Whys frameworks with high‑research outbound.
• Partner with Solutions Engineering to lead POCs and workshops for technical buyers.
• Develop tech and SI partnerships to build top‑of‑funnel pipeline and ensure customer success.
• Create business cases for renewals and cross‑sells and provide accurate weekly GTM forecasts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of proven quota‑overachievement selling SaaS solutions.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Experience influencing C‑suite and technical stakeholders in complex, multi‑year deals.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into strategic GTM and product insights.
• High agency in solving complex business problems and prioritising revenue opportunities.
