About the role
Shopify is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive growth for its largest merchants across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will act as a trusted advisor to Fortune‑1000 customers, helping them solve complex challenges and achieve strategic ecommerce goals.
Key responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CTOs, VPs, Directors) at both parent and brand levels.
- Lead in‑person Executive Business Reviews and virtual Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Recommend platform optimisations and drive adoption of new Shopify features.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop account strategies, renew contracts, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Match customers with top Shopify Partners for custom design and development projects.
- Identify improvement areas, including product adoption and new feature implementation.
- Escalate technical issues to Shopify support when needed and advocate for customer requirements.
- Work cross‑functionally with sales, success, and technical teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Required profile
- Business‑level fluency in French, working with French‑speaking merchants.
- Based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts, preferably in luxury or high‑volume ecommerce.
