EOR Business Operations Manager

About the role

This position is based in Ireland and focuses on scaling and optimizing global Employer of Record (EOR) operations for a fully distributed organization. You will design and improve end‑to‑end processes that enable seamless international employment, payroll, and workforce management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional operational projects from definition through execution, ensuring alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies and systemic gaps within EOR operations and design scalable solutions.
• Drive clarity and visibility across teams by managing dependencies, priorities, risks, and decision‑making frameworks.
• Develop and enhance operating mechanisms such as workflows, escalation paths, intake processes, and documentation standards.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to generate insights and recommend actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of cross‑domain initiatives.
• Support compliance, audit readiness, and governance activities across EOR processes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, program/project management, or operational excellence.
• Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem definition through execution and impact measurement.
• Experience influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with asynchronous collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes, systems, or workflows in previous roles.

Required skills

• Advanced use of spreadsheets.
• Experience with dashboards or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity and analysis.
