About the role
This newly created senior position will lead internal communications, culture and employee engagement for a fast‑growing multinational business operating across Europe. Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the CEO, you will shape the narrative that supports the company’s ambitious growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute an internal communications and engagement strategy for a dispersed, multi‑location organisation.
- Act as a trusted adviser to the CEO and executive team on messaging, narrative and leadership communications.
- Translate complex business strategy into clear, compelling messages for all employee levels.
- Lead change communications during a period of transformation.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives, including listening tools, feedback loops, values and employee voice programmes.
- Engage and align diverse stakeholders such as employees, the Board and group entities.
- Measure communications and engagement effectiveness and use insights for continuous improvement.
- Build the communications function – governance, channels, measurement and a future team.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in internal communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record advising executive teams in a complex, multinational environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complexity.
- High emotional intelligence and credibility at senior level.
- Experience leading through change and across different cultures.
- Comfortable challenging senior leaders constructively.
- Commercially minded with the ability to connect communications to business outcomes.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary €120,000–€140,000 plus performance bonus.

- Hybrid work model – 3 days in Dublin city‑centre office, 2 days remote.
- Monthly short‑haul travel within Europe, typically with an overnight stay.
