Evening Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for an Evening Supervisor to lead our store team during the evening shift, ensuring smooth operations and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for motivating staff, maintaining store standards and handling customer enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the evening team, modelling Centra’s brand values of being Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community‑Based.
- Coordinate with day‑time managers on layout changes and ensure proper implementation.
- Maintain merchandising standards, product rotation and shelf facing.
- Support the induction, training and development of new and existing staff.
- Address customer queries promptly and in line with store policy.
- Embrace new initiatives and continuously improve ways of working.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to delegate and organise work.
